Cancellation Policy

We at the Spa at Lake Lahontan understand that life in the Black Rock Desert is complex and full of unexpected twists and turns. We kindly request that you visit us in person to cancel your appointment well in advance of your scheduled time. However, should that become impossible, we provide time travel options upon request should the need arise.
